Returns Policy
As a customer your entitled to a full refund or an exchange exception of earrings or body jewellery due to hygiene reasons, you may exchange them if you think they are faulty.
You have 16 days for a full refund or exchange, If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, then you must send the items back with the same method of shipping used to get to you either Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, using the correct amount of insurance value, for example, if your item is worth £600.00 then Royal Mail has £1,000 insurance cover using Special Delivery. Please do not choose lower then £600.00 if the item gets lost or damaged you will be liable for the amount not covered. To find out more please visit royalmail.com/specialdelivery
PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL ORDERS AND RESIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS ITS FAULTY THEREFORE YOU WILL GET AN EXCHANGE.
