Terms and Conditions

A warm welcome to Gem Aura website, with continuing with this website you are indicating that you accept these terms and conditions.  If for any reason you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

With the use of this website you confirm you are at least the age of 18 years old.  However, if you are under 18 and that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent or guardian.  In this case, we do not sell to children online, but we do sell children goods to buy by the adults over the age of 18.

The following terms and conditions will apply to all purchases made on the website.  All contracts shall be governed by and accordance with English Law and any disputes or proceedings shall be to the Jurisdiction of the English courts.

We have ensured ourselves that the information displayed on the website is correct, images on the website may not be a representation of the actual size.  However please feel free to email us to get the specifics.

We cannot guarantee the colour of the product image to be an accurate representation as different devices and monitor screens may alter the image of an individual item.

Prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and inclusive of the current VAT.

Gem Aura have the right to review and change our prices and specifications without any notice.

When you place an order on gem-aura.com or gem-aura.co.uk website you are making an offer to buy a product that is if it's excepted by us this will result in a binding contract.

Steps should be followed for a binding contract to be formed between us.  The descriptions are below.  After you have placed the order:

  1. We will send you as soon as possible and email to acknowledge your order, it will state which goods you have ordered.
  2. When the item is dispatched we will send you a dispatch email.  This also means that the binding contract between ourselves are made.  Yourselves and we are obliged to fulfil our obligations under the binding contract.

Please note orders will be despatched once we confirm the authorisation from your payment card issuer.  We will try to inform you quickly as possible, if there is a problem with the payment authorisation or validation checks for your order, gem-aura.com or gem-aura.co.uk will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.

We do not have to accept your order – we will not accept your order if:

  1. That your payment is not authorised
  2. There is a fault error on our website in regards to price and other details of the goods.
  3. We do not have the goods in stock or the good in stock appear to be damaged.

After you have placed an order and it’s been received by ourselves you will receive an email to confirm the order has been placed.  We will then send you an email to confirm the despatch of your items.

We aim to despatch items within 3 working days after receiving your order unless stated on the product page for the time of delivery.  If the item is special order this may take up to 25 working days, in some circumstances if your order will take longer we will notify you by email.

Our Parcel delivery service is either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (signed for) or Royal Mail special delivery.

We cannot be liable for any late deliveries of items caused by any circumstances beyond our control.  It should your responsibility to ensure that there is someone/persons to accept the delivery.  Gem Aura cannot be responsible if the delivery was trying to be made and no one was there to receive it.
